It’s been a challenging week.
We’ve moved our entire team to home based working whilst at the same time helped dozens of clients mobilise hundreds of workers at very short notice. On average, over the last 7 days, we’ve taken a call every 6 minutes and have handled an online chat session every 6 minutes.
This is not without challenges and I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at EMH for their massive effort and to our clients for their understanding.
Some semblance of a new normality will appear over the next weeks but until then we’ll be prioritising work as outlined on our web page here.
